Happy Good Friday; A day of reflection

My Thoughts: How is it, the world was redeemed by God’s sacrifice and healed by the love of Jesus, yet we do not show humility, love and do not covenant peace? I pray for God’s mercy but show no mercy towards others just as the executioners showed no mercy to Jesus. God calls us to love EVERYONE; however, we only love those who are convenient for us to love. I pray that we all try harder to live in Jesus’ goodness because he died for us, therefore we should live for him!

Does your love resembles the law, that seeks punishment? or is your love (dear i say) of God that seeks restoration? We mess up; but the goal of love is restoration not punishment.” I’m trying to exercise not to hold grudges or punish people for being imperfect. I have to get a little sentimental right quick and wish my favorite bud an amazing birthday week ! There is no denying that I have been negligent but today made me remember just what kind of friend I have in him. Just to know a God fearing, ambitious and genuine man is a blessing but I have a friend in one and I cherish all of the talks and walks. hope all your wishes come true mighty mouse !
